We’ll sign you up for a two-hour training session on customer service, at no cost to you. Over the next year we’ll ask customers for confidential feedback on the performance of B2C Stars—which we’ll share with individual businesses. During the 30-day probationary period and at the end of the year (between May 15-June 15) you’ll have a “secret shopper” evaluation of your customer service. All feedback will be provided to the business owner BY B2C in confidentiality and will not be shared publicly. Feedback will be used to provide areas of improvement and reinforce good customer service. B2C will only publish positive reviews, with the express permission of the business.
