Go to the B2C Stars website, www.B2CStars.com
and fill out an application, which includes your
commitment to

 

  • Embrace B2C Stars values: respect, honesty, trust, integrity.

  • Complete a two-hour customer service training, provided by B2C Stars sponsors. Employees may attend.

  • Participate in two "secret shopper" visits (one during the 30-day probationary period, one between May 15-June 15).*

 

*All feedback will be provided to the business owner BY THE ELLENSBURG DOWNTOWN ASSN in confidentiality and will not be shared publicly. Feedback will be used to provide areas of improvement and reinforce good customer service. B2C will only publish positive reviews, with the express permission of the business.
